| Deusumon has a mechanical, humanoid body, entirely covered in golden metal. He wears a helmet with a red visor and carries a long, semi-transparent white cloth over his shoulders. On his back, like all Divine Appmon, he bears his signature symbol: a ring of lightning bolts open at the top. His appearance seems inspired by Zeus, the king of the gods in Greek mythology, whose primary symbol was the thunderbolt. Unlike Rebootmon, Deusmon embodies the darker, most tyrannical and authoritarian figure, inspired by the punishing God side of Zeus.

After Oozora Yujin reveals himself to be an android sent by Leviathan in "The Truth About Yujin ", he unveils a robotic arm containing an inactive Appmon Chip of Deusmon. In "Launch! The Humanity Applification Plan ", Yujin uses Bootmon to activate Deusmon's Chip. After performing an Appli Arise, Deusmon begins destroying the AR-Field.

Deusmon is the Buddy Appmon of Unryuji Knight. In "What Links Us Together!!", after Leviathan consumed Bootmon and obtained his powers, it unlocked the God Grade, allowing Knight to AppGattai Warudamon and Cometmon to create Deusmon. In "Gatch!!", Leviathan took control of Deusmon, causing its body to become darker.[8]
