1 Profile Name & Etymology Debut ⇨ Japanese An airframe that was created based on the Ark, which was used during the escape from the Digital World. Because its AI uses the same one as the Digimon core program, it became a kind of artificial lifeform. The interior of its mouth is equipped with the Yuggoth Blaster. It is named after the cherished steed of the legendary knight Siegfried, and has the active role of carrying Dukemon on its back. ZERO ARMS: Grani was created from the original D-Ark made to bring the Tamers back from the Digital World. As Hypnos and the Wild Bunch managed to reestablish a connection with it, as it remained in the Digital World, they reconstructed it out of Chrome Digizoid, drastically improving its durability and also being equipped with Hypnos' deletion program, Yuggoth. In order for it to realize (through quantum teleportation) in the Real World, the data was downloaded onto Lee Jianliang's digivice through a USB-like port and Shibumi initiated a Card Slash using the blue card, allowing it to realize successfully in Shinjuku.

Digimon Xros Wars: The Young Hunters Who Leapt Through Time

Grani appears during the battle of the original team leaders versus the Vamdemon army. He fuses with Matsuda Takato and Dukemon immediately, becoming Dukemon: Crimson Mode. After the battle is over, he leaves.
