English[edit]
- All of the text specifying the dates are removed in the dub.
- All shots of cigarettes are removed.
- The dub claims that August 1st is the anniversary of the day that Vamdemon was defeated, when it was actually the day that they first arrived in the Digital World.
- Mr. Ishida's MiniDisc player is referred to as a CD player in the dub, despite no visual censorship being done.
- Similar to an instance in the first series, the sutra tape is replaced by a tape of "buffaloes migrating".
- Despite their deaths being censored before, the dub leaves in Yamato and Takeru's vision of Pumpmon and Gotsumon in the store window.
- A joke is added to the dub about Taichi's mother making "fungus cookies" for her guests, tying in with a running gag added to the dub of Our War Game about her being a terrible cook.
- Hikari makes a joke about the National Guard in the dub, even though Japan does not have a National Guard.
- In the original version, Wizarmon's ghost just makes moaning noises, while the dub gives him (distorted) dialogue.
- Sora does not specifically mention the fact that Wizarmon died in the dub, instead just saying that he paid "the ultimate price".
