It is formed from the DigiXros of evolved Digimon that included Omega Shoutmon, and it is considered to surpass Shoutmon X7 in defensive and flying ability because its body and wings shine gold and silver. The "Demolition Horn" on its left arm destroys any armor in addition to super-oscillating the instant it pierces it. Also, its right arm is equipped with the "Sol Calibur" sword. When Shooting Starmon is present, it unleashes a blow from its fist heavy enough to shatter a star using their Combined Special Move "Ryūsei Rock Damashī". Digimon Xros Wars

In "Xros Stars! Like a Falling Star!!", Kudou Taiki, Aonuma Kiriha, Amano Kotone, Hinomoto Akari, and Tsurugi Zenjirou Evolution Xrossed their evolved Partner Digimon into this form to fight Tactimon. However, as Taiki realized, Shoutmon EX6's power did not exceed Shoutmon X7's due to the lack of the Starmons in it, so he was still overpowered by Tactimon. After the Starmons Jogress Evolved into Shooting Starmon, they were able to defeat Tactimon with their combined Ryūsei Rock Damashī.

Shoutmon EX6 was formed again to fight against the Digimon released from Zeed Millenniumon's Forced Xros Open in "Xros Songs!! To All The Teens Who Are Chasing After Their Dreams!!". He destroyed an Algomon Ultimate that was attacking Bagramon and Skull Knightmon, then underwent a Final Xros with all Digimon into Shoutmon X7: Superior Mode to fight the last remaining Digimon, Ultimate Chaosmon.
