Seiten Gokuwmon was originally announced for the game as a Vaccine attribute, later being changed to Virus.
The artwork of Seiten Gokuwmon from EX-12 Digital World Shambala was used in a promotional collaboration event between Digimon New Century and the Digimon Card Game. Part 2 of this collaboration featured Seiten Gokuwmon and the Saneiketsu.
