A mysterious digital lifeform that cannot be analyzed with current technology. In the framework of contemporary Digimon research, its race cannot be classified as "Digimon", and further research is urgently being carried out. As a prominent feature, it combines the properties of all Digimon living in the Digital World (Dragon, Beast, Aquan, Machine/Mutant, Holy, Dark, and Insect/Plant), and although it is a hypothesis, it is said that it may have served as the basis (Adam) for "Next-generation Digimon" sent by the system that rules over the Digital World. Despite having a short physique, it possesses unimaginable power, and even Ultimate Digimon, the most powerful beings in the Digital World, are rendered powerless before N.E.O. Its "Judgment" regresses all that lies before it to nothingness, as if anything that was originally there literally "never existed". Also, its "Zero Genesis" is capable of filling the nothingness caused by "Judgment" with new existence, and has the power to destroy and create, and reshape the Digital World itself.

現在の技術では解析不能な謎のデジタル生命体。今のデジモン研究の枠では「デジモン」という種族には当てはめることが出来ず、今後の研究が急がれるところである。大きな特徴としては、デジタルワールドに存在するすべてのデジモンの性質（竜・獣・水・機械/変異・聖・暗黒・虫/草木）を兼ねそろえており、仮説ではあるが、デジタルワールドを司るシステムが遣わした「次世代のデジモン」の雛形（アダム）ではないかと言われている。小柄な体格ではあるが形容することのできないほどの力を持っており、デジタルワールド最強の存在である究極体デジモンですらネオの前には無力な存在と化す。『ジャッジメント』は目の前にあるすべての存在を無に還してしまい、文字通り「存在しなかった」もとのなる。また、『ゼロ・ジェネシス』は『ジャッジメント』によって発生した無を新たな存在で埋めることが可能であり、破壊と創造を行い、デジタルワールドそのものを作り変えてしまうほどの力を秘めている。
