Some Digital Monster Card Game promotional material, such as the flyer pictured on right,[1] provides the following Back Story narrative for Booster 14. It focuses on the nature of Dukemon: Crimson Mode, and includes a teaser for the concepts of Hybrid Digimon and Legendary Spirits which would debut later that year (also hinting at a connection between them and Dukemon: Crimson Mode).
