Taiga offers to get it himself. After Taiga gives it the sea anemone, Impmon is disgusted but ultimately takes it to bring it home, then goes back to the Village of Beginnings. There, it opens a shop in the Angel Clinic where it sells medicines. As a free sample, it later sends three Remedy Discs to Taiga attached to a mail.

Impmon was chosen to represent Digimon Tamers to decide which Digimon would become a life size plushie in the 'Let's Make Digimon Goods Together Project' poll run by Digimon Partners, eventually ranking in 4th place. Guilmon was the candidate that originally got the most votes for Tamers, however it was removed from the process at some point for not meeting up the required criterion to become an elegible alternative.[73]
