Profile
A test-type Digimon that was invented to be a pet Digimon by a Digimon researcher. It was a simple Digimon until the Holy Ring was attached. It is of holy god lineage, but since it is still small, it can't utilize that power; even it doesn't realize its own mission. Due to this, it is in an unstable condition where it can either easily become good or evil. Its special technique is a high pitched cry that paralyzes its enemy. (Puppy Howling)

| Plot
n., Originates from Plott Hound, a breed of dog.
n., May also come from a misspelling of Prototype, as Plotmon was said to be an experimental digimon.
Salamon is thought to be named after one of the producers of the Digimon Adventure English Dub, Terri-Lei O'Malley's, pet cat because an alternative Dub name wasn't decided and they came up with the name before they actually saw Plotmon, assuming that it was cat-based like Tailmon.
