Grademon (Vice) attacks the Sword Zone as part of the Bagra Army and is defeated by Xros Heart in "Taiki and Kiriha VS the Bagra Army, A Complete Showdown!". Due to Kudou Taiki winning the Code Crown, he is restored to his true form.
In "Glorious DigiXros, Seize it! Our Future!!", Examon tells the story of when Bagramon, who was planning to take over the Digital World, learned of the Human World. In a flashback is shown his army, which comprised Grademon in its true form, who was eventually corrupted.
