Angel Army
The Angel Army (天使軍団 "Tenshigundan"?) (Dub: Angelic Army[1]), also known as Powers (パワーズ "Pawāzu"?)[1], is a group of Angel Digimon that work under the Three Archangels to preserve the order of the Digital World.[2]
Darcmon serves within the advance forces of Angel Digimon[3]. Arkhai Angemon acts as both an adviser and commander in its assigned unit of Luxmon and Angemon. It protects its subordinates on the battlefield while also issuing direct commands to support them[4]. Arkhai Angemon rarely goes on a direct offensive itself, and it often employs Gargomon and Manticoremon as familiars[4]. Slash Angemon serves as a commander for the Angel Army and cuts through the vanguard in battle[1]. Dominimon acts independently outside of the angelic chain of command, but it will join forces with Clavis Angemon and Slash Angemon to defeat any powerful enemy that emerges[5]. Rasielmon was once appointed to the same rank as Ofanimon of the Three Archangels[6].

Angel Digimon are classified into types that correspond with the ranks of the Catholic angelic hierarchy. These types loosely reflect the ranks of the Digimon within the Angel Army according to their Catholic counterparts. However, there are some differences from the Catholic angelic hierarchy, such as the Principality-type Arkhai Angemon being of equal standing with Holy Angemon and Angewomon[4].
