Harada Masashi (原田真史/ハラダマサシ) is the current person in charge of Digimon related projects. He is the leader of the "Digimon Reboot Project" (デジモンリブートプロジェクト), a project with which PLEX, one of the main subsidiary companies of Bandai, plans to restructure the entire backstory of Digimon at the level of all media to make it more consistent and accessible for new and long-time fans. He started working in this position in 2018.
He joined Bandai in April 1993 after graduating from Waseda University in the same year. He has also been involved in several projects in the past, including the creation of the Wonderswan, and other franchises such as Legendz.
