| For the Medarot S mobile game, Garuru Metal was designed by Tyuga using Metal Garurumon as the design basis. The design process was difficult due to needing to reflect the quadrupedal nature of Metal Garurumon in the Medarot design style, so the Metal Garurumon face was placed in the chest position and the upper missiles were made into the real Medarot head.
