Digimon Chronicle[edit]
Medieval Dukemon, the Vortex Warrior, appears in Digimon Chronicle as a form of Dukemon, the Royal Knight. Medieval Dukemon is how Dukemon appears in Witchelny, and is considered a legendary hero who saved the world from an unknown threat. In the New Digital World's Ulud Terminal, on the Rolan Continent, the Forest Leaf found in the forests allow Dukemon to take the form of Medieval Dukemon without travelling to Witchelny. Dukemon, using both its standard and Medieval Dukemon forms, opposes Musha Yuuji and Ryudamon, but instead of outright eliminating the duo, sets up a "trial" to test the power of the X-Antibody. Ultimately, Ryudamon evolves to Ouryumon, passing the trial; Dukemon accepts the power of X-Antibody Digimon and uses X-Evolution to become Dukemon (X-Antibody).

In "Death-X Evolution", Dukemon (X-Antibody) blocked Omegamon (X-Antibody)'s All Delete, which was aimed at Doumoto Kouta and DORUmon, with his Sieg Saber.
In "Battle Evolution", Omegamon (X-Antibody) was shocked as his powers did not work on Death-X-mon, who he realized was not a Digimon, but death itself, and could not understand what that X-Change was. Dukemon (X-Antibody) explained that they were able to X-Evolve because of their will to live, which he had come to understand thanks to their battle.
