The Guide to Miracles", Dark Knightmon had Shademon, who was in control of Amano Nene's body, test the newly-created Darkness Loader by Force DigiXrossing him with Duskmon, creating this form. Dark Knightmon soon realized that he was only in control of 90% of the newly formed body and a bit of Duskmon's will still lived on, so it'd take longer to fully unify.
