Ashino Island
Ashino Island (アシノ島, Ashino Tō) is an island in the eastern part of Digital World: Shambala. Together with Genshi Continent, they create a formation that resembles the tai chi, with Ashino Island being representative of yang. The island is protected by Sanmyojin, a group of three powerful feminine Digimon. It’s said the living can travel to Yomi by passing through Yomotsu Hirasaka (ヨモツヒラサカ), which is connected to Ashino Island. Amaterasumon oversees the skies of Ashino Island, from an area above the clouds called Senkūkai.[1] Ryugumon oversees the seas of Ashino Island and resides in Ryushogu, an oceanic area.[2] Kaguyamon oversees the mountains of Ashino Island.[3] The Toho Braves Field is comprised of Ashino Island inhabitants.

Ashino Island is probably inspired by File Island found in the Digital World, as well as represents Japan. Ashino Island is also said to be as large as Folder Continent of the Digital World.[4]
