A Machine Digimon with an aircraft-like appearance. It is presumed to be a form that evolved by taking in the design data for a real-world stealth bomber. It has a habit of primarily operating at night, but because it has a body color that makes it hard to see at night, and an airframe shape that makes it difficult for various types of sensors such as radar to detect, it is difficult to catch glimpse of Scourge Chiropmon. As there have only been three sightings to date, it is a Digimon that is rarely encountered, but it is unclear whether it is a Digimon with a small population, or whether it has a large population simply because its high stealth makes it impossible to see. It deploys the "Clingy Brothers" sensor drones stored atop its wings, locks onto the target with "Triangulation Scan", which Scourge Chiropmon and the two drones use to scan the target's coordinates with high precision, and then launches the smart guided missiles suspended beneath its wings for its most powerful attack technique, "Despair Blast". Since these smart guided missiles set off fuel-air explosions, they are capable of blowing up a vast area, including the target. In addition, it can also clear the ground with its "Eliminate Rain", in which it carries out a carpet bombing using bat-shaped cluster bombs. While it is a Digimon that specializes in mass slaughter, it also has non-lethal techniques, and occasionally uses its "Silent Scream", where it stuns the target by emitting high-power, ultra-short waves from its ears. There is a space resembling a cockpit in its head that can be entered, and although it seems to be capable of housing a Child-sized Digimon, no instances of Digimon being on board were confirmed in the past three sightings.

航空機のような外見をまとったマシーン型デジモン。現実世界のステルス爆撃機の設計データを取り込んで進化した姿ではないかと推測されている。主に夜間に活動する習性をもつが、夜間に目立ちづらい体色とレーダー等の各種センサーに捉えにくい機体形状をしているためスカージキロプモンの姿を捉えることは難しい。現在までに3個体の観察記録が残されている程度で接触機会の少ないデジモンであるが、個体数の少ないデジモンなのか、それとも高いステルス性のため目撃できないだけで個体数は多いのかも不明である。両翼上部に格納されたセンサードローン「クリンギーブラザーズ」を展開し、スカージキロプモンと2機のドローンで目標の座標を高精度にスキャンする『トライアンギュレーションスキャン』で対象をロックオン、その後両翼下部に懸架されているスマート誘導弾を投下する『デスペアブラスト』が最大威力の攻撃技である。スマート誘導弾は燃料気化爆発するため対象を含めた広範囲を吹き飛ばすことができる。他にもコウモリ型のクラスター弾で絨毯爆撃する『エリミネイトレイン』で地上を掃討することも可能である。大量殺傷を得意とするデジモンではあるが非殺傷の技も持っており、両耳から高出力の極短波を照射し対象を気絶させる『サイレントスクリーム』を使用することもある。頭部にはコクピットのような搭乗可能な空間があり、成長期程度の大きさのデジモンを乗せることができるようだが、過去3件の観察記録にはデジモンが乗り込んでいる事象は確認されていない。

Like Chiropmon and Night Chiropmon, Scourge Chiropmon features a particular bat-themed symbol in its design, which bears a resemblance to the Mark of Evil present in several Digimon. This symbol also evokes that of the DC Comics hero, The Batman. Scourge Chiropmon bears resemblance to the Batplane, a bat-themed aircraft used by Batman in different media.
The way Scourge Chiropmon's "legs/boosters" are designed makes it closely resemble the Gerwalk, a signature mid-point between vehicle and robot configuration of various mecha from the Macross franchise, for which Bandai currently owns some designs and produces various figures.
The name of Scourge Chiropmon’s drones, Clingy Brothers, is likely inspired by Kuonji Makoto, the partner of Scourge Chiropmon, and Kuonji Tsukasa, Makoto's twin brother, both from Digimon Beatbreak.
