Is the Next Agumon an original version or a Savers version? I remember seeing it without the belts, but I think I've also seen a manga pic of a Savers Agumon, so it might appear as both (or there might be more than one Agumon in the manga, I can't remember).KrytenKoro06 19:40, 30 September 2008 (UTC)

The Agumon from Next is a normal Agumon. After evolving to Geo Greymon, it gains the red bands. -devkyu 19:54, 30 September 2008 (UTC)

Does Agu really mean "flame/fire"? The closest thing I could come across "अगु" meaning is "destitute of rays; cows". --Ainz 11:39, 28 May 2009 (UTC)

Likely speculation. If you browse on google for agu, sanskrit and fire you get a passage taken out of context on the first page of results where it has the word agu in a sentence for sacrificial fire... which is halfway down the actual page when you actually click the link and the two have nothing to do with each other. The actual meaning is still more likely of japanese origin (onomatopoeia for biting, or agurabana). --devkyu 15:01, 28 May 2009 (UTC)

Sorry, I just thought it made more sense than the sound for biting or flat nose. As they really are quite silly, I mean they don't really have anything to do with Agumon in particular, and considering the person went to the trouble to upload the flag and all, I figured they at least had an idea of what they were on about. --Lightlowemon 01:03, 30 May 2009 (UTC)

Digimon Life Profile[edit]

Although Digimon Life uses the artwork of the 2006 Agumon, the profile clearly belongs to the original Agumon. Therefore I personally think it should be kept on this page. --Grandy02 08:39, 3 February 2012 (CST)

Okay, now both Agumon have profiles there (which are exactly the same), problem solved. --Grandy02 10:07, 27 February 2012 (CST)
