Ficusmon

Profile Name & Etymology Debut ⇨ Original A Digimon that entangles other Digimon with its tree-like tentacles to parasitize and control them. The parasitized Digimon is forced to fight in a way that makes them willing to get hurt, becoming more aggressive and troublesome than usual, however, this comes at the cost of sustaining more injuries, shortening their lifespan. Furthermore, when the parasitized Digimon dies, Ficusmon forcibly rewrites the information within the Digitama they leave behind, ensuring that Parasite Digimon of the same lineage are born. Thus, Ficusmon's way of living is to increase its companions. A Ficusmon that has lost its host will travel in search of a new target once more. It is rare for a Ficusmon to fight on its own, and it is fair to say that its "Armed Tendril", in which it transforms the tips of its tentacles into blades or blunt weapons to wield, is its only means of attack.
