Its Special Moves are firing a shot of ball-shaped plasma (Plasma Shoot), and rapidly compressing space, then immediately and explosively expanding it, sweeping away surrounding enemies with a golden laser beam (Shining Gold Solar Storm). The effect on Magnamon's Digicore due to the X-Antibody 'Chrome Digizoid' grows stronger the more it is tempered, and there exists no other material quite like it. Magnamon's imaginary super-metal had become one with its limits, and was able to grow and regress as if it were made of muscles. The natural form of 'Chrome Digizoid' (in other words, the Digimental of Miracles) was created using ancient technology, and its original characteristic was how it could be integrated into living organisms; a state similar to that, when combined with Magnamon's abilities, is thought to be the manifestation of a miraculous evolution. When Magnamon's muscles, or 'Chrome Digizoid', are strained, they temporarily transform into "Gold Digizoid", which envelops its entire body in a golden glow; not only does it raise physical defense, it also bestows a state of absolute defense that is capable of resisting even data-disintegrating types of attacks. Furthermore, when in the "Gold Digizoid" state, its properties are similar to those of the Huanglong Ore, which boasts unparalleled, absolute hardness and is used as the base for 'Chrome Digizoid'; as such, in addition to absolute defense, it also adds a great amount of weight ill-suited for Digimon, though Magnamon has overcome that by tempering its own 'Chrome Digizoid'. A Magnamon (X-Antibody) copy beat Plotmon (X-Antibody) on the seventh floor of Infinity Mountain. Kuga Yuuya decided to take his anger out on it, however, even Black and Digimaru together weren't enough to defeat it. DORUmon then evolved into DORUgamon after obtaining newfound determination, and the three together triumphed over the fake Royal Knight.

Taiga meets another Magnamon (X-Antibody) on the 70th floor of Infinity Mountain. It considered Yggdrasill immortal and its will, absolute, so it sought to eliminate Taiga for defying it. After being defeated, it adds that Yggdrasill is immortal so having destroyed its physical form earlier does not matter.

A Magnamon (X-Antibody) without a Tamer can be fought in the Colosseum Heavenly Hall Free Battle: "Unbreakable Spirit", unlocked after beating the "For the Future" and "The Future we must create" Free Battles. This awards Taiga a Magnamon (X-Antibody) card.

Magnamon (X-Antibody) is an obtainable Digimon which evolves from Magnamon with the Miracle X-Antibody item.
