大きなボディーでパワフルな、サイボーグ型デジモン。怒りが頂点に達したり、テンションのボルテージが MAXを超えると、背中の火山が爆発するところからボルケーモンの名がついた。また、エテモンの強敵であり、良きライバルでもある。その大声は大気を震わせ、大地を揺るがす。必殺技は強烈な超重低音のマイクパフォーマンスで敵を放心状態にする『ビックバン・ボイス』と、山をも崩す強烈な一撃『ビックバン・タックル』。

Volcamon was one of the Digimon defeated by Sefirotmon. Volcamon belongs to the Earth Sphere. Junpei entered this sphere and Volcamon attacked him, Junpei evolves to Blitzmon, but Volcamon says things that cause confusion in Blitzmon, but he defeatss Volcamon and scans it.
