Translation

I couldn't help but think that there is something missing with that second sentence in the profile. Anyway, I did my own translation of it and this is how it turned out.

Original:進化の頂点にいるこのデジタマモンは通常のデジモンからは進化することは無く、別次元のデータと融合しないと決して進化することは無いと言われている

Translation: This Digitamamon, who is standing at the summit of evolution, is said to have not evolved from a normal Digimon and will not evolve without merging with the data of another dimension.

I mean... it could also refer to the Digimon from Witchelny? being Nanimon specifically just seems like a massive assumption. It was the original digivolution sure, but it doesn't specifically state Nanimon, so I don't think Wikimon should either.Muur (talk) 21:50, 8 September 2019 (CDT)

Well, remember that when Digitamamon was introduced, there were no Digimon from Witchelny. But you can get rid of it if you want. Gargomon's page no longer notes a connection between it and Devidramon. --TMS (talk) 22:53, 8 September 2019 (EST)

it would appear this prtofile is mistranslated. the official english reference book says "Digitamamon has reached the peak of Digivolution but it cannot be Digivolved from other Digimon but is apparently the fusion of data." so, that indicates that digitamamon cant evolve *from* normal digimon not *to* normal digimon. other english profiles from games like cyber sleuth and rearise back this up.Muur (talk) 19:06, 7 March 2022 (CST)
