Profile Name & Etymology Debut Digimon Reference Book Video Games ⇨ Japanese A Demon Beast Digimon that resembles a boar with enormous tree tusks, enveloped in freezing cold vapors. It is the largest and most sluggish among the Digimon referred to as the Shikyoju. It is usually buried underground, sleeping as stiff as ice, and rarely ever shows itself. Once it awakens, it disperses intense cold vapors from the skull on the tip of its tail, transforming its surroundings into a snowscape. It then rushes recklessly toward the outer perimeter of Jakeizan, doing nothing but ram into its unbreakable barrier over and over again. Traces of data from a Digimon—also known as the "God of Regeneration" in the Eastern Digital World—have been found on the talismans affixed to its tusks, and it is presumed that they were deeply involved in sealing away the Shikyoju. Its Special Moves are shooting chunks of ice from the skull on its tail (Hyōgaireki), and raising its forelegs up high and then slamming them into the ground, creating fissures (Gōteihō). In addition, its "Tōretsu Tōga", in which it charges forth with its sharp ice-coated tusks, is a simple technique, but is powerful enough to be fatal if it hits.
