- I knew this day would finally come! I'll help out! --Ainz 22:22, 19 May 2009 (UTC)
- The sad thing is, I can already tell it's not his bio, and that's really the only thing I was expecting it to be. It's not just the entire alphabet like in Savers, either. So we're looking at some ridiculous essay, which might not even be related to Digimon (for all we know, it could be the character designer's resume or two weeks notice).KrytenKoro06 22:44, 19 May 2009 (UTC)
Added some more. Some ga may be ze, ke may be e, ra may be something else?KrytenKoro06 09:43, 24 May 2009 (UTC)
- Judging by the last two rows, I can't see any meaning. Do we want to even continue with this? Is there any way Wisemon appears in the Battle Terminal, with really high resolution?KrytenKoro06 02:38, 26 August 2009 (UTC)
Akashic Record[edit]
Digimoji Script[edit]
After a 5-year "hiatus", below is an updated list of the Digimoji of the first two pages. --Ainz ( talk | contribs ) 06:55, 26 August 2014 (CDT)
Progress
Digimoji extracted: Page 1: 215/215 (100%) Page 2: 216/226 (95.57%) Overall: 431/441 (97.73%) Lines decoded: 36/40 (90%) |
Reference images: File:Dch-5-891_front.png File:Wisemon_re_collectors_card2.jpg Bo-1004 |
Issue: http://wikimon.net/File:Wisemon_collectors.png definitely shows different text from the other images. However, the other cards all seem to match.KrytenKoro06 (talk) 17:45, 29 August 2014 (CDT)
- The sad part about it is that it appears to be just an ordering of characters in alphabetical order. --Ainz ( talk | contribs ) 18:18, 9 October 2014 (CDT)
Possible Japanese Transliteration[edit]

So, that's Genesis 1:1-5, with some fluff added at the beginning.KrytenKoro06 (talk) 17:54, 29 August 2014 (CDT)
- Yep, I'm guessing that this is also a reference to the "Genesis of the Digital World" mentioned in a few profiles. --Ainz ( talk | contribs ) 20:19, 29 August 2014 (CDT)
- Okay, judging by quick translations of the suggested readings being put up, it's possible that this is instead a Thelema-based Genesis, or possibly a different form of modern Spiritualism that synthesizes a dualistic god of light and a god of darkness, Asura, with "separating the light from the darkness and calling them day and night, separating the waters to make the world". Probably one of the variants that include the Akashic Records.KrytenKoro06 (talk) 21:11, 2 September 2014 (CDT)
- Seems to contain more elements of Hinduism, Prajapati also shows up a few times in the script.--Ainz ( talk | contribs ) 05:22, 3 September 2014 (CDT)
- After researching into it further, it's actually starting to sound very similar to passages from the Śatapatha Brāhmaṇa, just need to see if there is a line about a golden egg, from which Prajapati emerged. So essentially it's the Hindu version of Genesis.--Ainz ( talk | contribs ) 06:52, 3 September 2014 (CDT)

Translation notes[edit]
- it literally treats the "Book" as a "totem" ("an item which represents or attracts a divine spirit"). I believe this is a reference to it astral projecting through the book.
- I'm concerned about the "Node ha nai ka to Iwarete iru". My own custom and web searches indicate that it's simply a way of saying "it is said", but it seems like it should mean more.
- I used "events", "objects" and "space-time" because those are the terms used within relativistic physics. If the Dr. Who bent proves true, then "spatiotemporal" is the term they use.
- I also have the strong suspicion, based on the totem/spiritual vessel bit (like an avatar), its attacks, and the Akashic Records which AncientWisemon uses, that Wisemon has some Hindu basis. Is there a Hindu "Watcher" god?
