It is the same attack present in Neo Devimon's profile, that is, it is an original Japanese attack, belonging to a Japanese Digimon, there is no need to pretend that it is a different attack or to write it in Chinese, since the said attack already exists in the original version. The attack declared by Neo Vamdemon is written "罪惡之爪", the Guilty Claw in the Chinese version of Neo Devimon's profile is "罪惡之爪", it is not a cutscene with audio if that is what you are thinking, it is not even a cutscene in fact, it is just a dialogue box with only the attack at that moment. I'm aware of that, and I know that the two attacks are written the same. But that doesn't always mean they're the same attack where a localization is involved. We see confusion and conflation like that all the time with English and Korean attack names. Until the attack used by NeoVamdemon appears in Japanese media, we can't pretend to have katakana for it.
