To prevent overseas players from having to wonder whether cards like [BT20-084 Sistermon Ciel (Awake)] could evolve on any given level 4 Sistermon, as it would be impossible to tell whether the card was actually a Ciel or not without memorizing, all affected cards are treated as having both names and both attributes in all regions.
