Digimon Adventure: Last Evolution Kizuna[edit]
On August 19, 2010 Ayaka has a meal at a restaurant with her girlfriend. As they enjoy their meal together Ayaka suddenly passes out, her consciousness having been seized and interred within the Never-Land by Eosmon so that she can live within her memories with Poyomon. She was de-aged into a child and brainwashed into thinking she wanted it. Her girlfriend panics and Taichi wonders if Ayaka was drunk, though her girlfriend states that she hadn't been drinking. Yamato calls her an ambulance and she is taken away for treatment. After Agumon -Yuki no Kizuna- and Gabumon -Yujo no Kizuna- destroy the combined Eosmon's Ultimate form, Ayaka is freed, regains consciousness in the Real World, and happily reunites with Poyomon in the hospital.

Poyomon is Ayaka's Partner Digimon. Eosmon traps Ayaka's consciousness within the Never-Land so that she can live within her memories with Poyomon. After Agumon -Yuki no Kizuna- and Gabumon -Yujo no Kizuna- destroy the combined Eosmon's Ultimate form, Ayaka is freed, regains consciousness in the Real World, after the two happily reunite in the hospital.
