whilst the descriptions are far too long, i dont think they should be culled as much as you did. a brief descprtion of what they did in each episode is fine, rathr than just "this guy works for this guy" and nothing else.Muur (talk) 01:02, 31 December 2024 (CST)
- I agree, personally I would exclude the minor appearances in the final episodes, as most of these characters are not that important in the plot of said episodes. But I thought some adm might not like the deletion of the mention. Nymph (talk) 12:06, 31 December 2024
- Here, a person that would really not like the deletion of the mention. Wikimon exists to have information about Digimon, deleting it goes against the idea. We already are lacking significantly in the anime and manga department to also delete the little that people actually added (the people being me in this case, but many others have also done so). Do not do that. It's fine to summarize, I'll admit I'm bad at that, but deleting actual information is the wrong way to go about it and should and will get undone if you do so. --Blaze Dragon (talk) 10:05, 31 December 2024 (CST)
- I think the mentions were... bad? Don't be offended... but using an entire paragraph to mention that a Digimon reacted to an event (that is, appeared for two seconds) is unnecessary. The same goes for mentions like "Agumon appeared with a Gabumon, a Tentomon, two Piyomon, some Patamon, some Tokomon...". It becomes something unpleasant to read and see, especially when accessing it on mobile. In these cases I would prefer the box "individual appearances" to be added, as a suggestion. - yes, it was already decieded they were too long. they just need shortnerning. eg, listing 500 digimon isnt needed, just say "agumon was one of the many digimon that reacted to the thing", not listing 900 guys. but your way wasnt good either, you should keep each episode part and summarise what they did rather than nuke the entire section.Muur (talk) 23:22, 31 December 2024 (CST)
- I think it would be better to remove the mentions of the 2-second appearances in the final episodes, but I was afraid someone would react badly to that, so I removed the unnecessary texts and kept the mention of the episodes. Nymph (talk) 23:35, 01 January 2025

- Yeah, pretty much. Just to be like the mentions of other seasons, highlight the important appearances only. Ghost Game had several minor appearances by some secondary Digimon, and they are not mentioned, because they are not important, unless the Digimon appears for the first time in an episode in a minor appearance. - 2 second appearances should be mentioned, just not in ridiculous detail. just something like "a spookymon watched as greymon killed evilmon". if a guy makes 10 2 seconds apperences, all 10 should be mentioned. as the other guy said, wikimon just sucks at information from games and anime. one page not having information it should have doesn't mean all pages should lack info as well. those ghost game cameos just need to be mentioned on the relevant pages.
