HCO Template Categories

I never really delved into how the template worked because I know almost nothing about coding besides changing text styles, but from what I can see the template seems to have some problems? Mostly missing stuff, and the comments section not showing up.
From what I've seen in the later option cards, these are altogether the fields that are needed:

• Card Number
• Name
• Type: Program/Item/Field
• Mysterious numbers (e.g. +20) under the icon, whatever that does
• Timing: Preparation Phase/Evolution Phase/Battle Phase
• Comments (?)
• Category (type of weapon/program e.g. lance/worm, etc)
• Cost
• Requirements
• Results
• Limit
• Frame: red/blue
• Year made

I can't code anything so I don't want to demand anything either, but is it possible for anybody who knows how to code stuff edit the template to have all these fields (and fix the problem of the comments not showing correctly)? It can just be a simple table I guess, I think something fancy like the HC card template looks pretty hard to do. :P --Garmmon 09:26, 22 May 2013 (CDT)

Managed to get the frame working alright (not extending all the way to the side of the page due to the "float" tag). However, still having a problem getting a second tab for the Japanese info to work. On another note, if anyone wants to examine the rulebook, I have scans uploaded here] under "DMCG". It's from the Neo Dark Masters set, so sadly it doesn't contain any info for red frame cards.--devkyu (talk) 05:41, 2 June 2013 (CDT)

Thanks for the help! I might give the rulebook a look when I'm free next time...it's kind of a lot to take in, especially since I'm not actually into card games or anything. Also I just wanted to point out some problems I've had with the template so far: Cards with names that have 2 exclamation marks get a kind of cut-off table (e.g. St-222), and some of the extra fields aren't in the correct colour (e.g. St-672). I tried fiddling around with the template a bit but weird things kept popping up so I decided not to try and mess it up :P --Garmmon (talk) 06:15, 2 June 2013 (CDT)

The colour problem should be fixed now. The thing with the exclamation marks happens because the wiki interprets both || and !! as the beginning of a new column. Write <nowiki>!!</nowiki> to avoid that. --Grandy02 (talk) 11:49, 2 June 2013 (CDT)
