Talk:Zephagamon (White)

From Wikimon

Should this exist?[edit]

This page is entirely conjecture, isn't it? The card is clear that this is just Zephagamon, no matter how different it looks. We don't have a page for Magnamon X's full gold mode or Gabumon Bond of Friendship's motorcycle mode. There's no such thing as a Zephagamon (White). If it's later confirmed this should be treated as a separate Digimon, sure, but right now the one piece that even confirms this Digimon's existance, just treats it as Zephagamon. --Blaze Dragon (talk) 12:58, 10 January 2025 (CST)

I agree. If it had any difference in traits, I'd understand treating it as a variant, but it's both titularly and categorically identical to regular Zephagamon in every meaningful way. The only difference would be its alternate evolution requirement, but that's essentially meaningless in terms of identity.--YongYoKyo (talk) 14:13, 10 January 2025 (CST)
the colours are completley different and it evolves from zephagamon. but whatever i guess. we'll see what happens when it shows up in the comic. if it looks like zephagamon but now is white/gold, then no one would ever doubt its a new form. like, this evos from the regular ver.Muur (talk) 16:32, 10 January 2025 (CST)
As Blaze Dragon pointed out, Magnamon X's Gold DigiZoid Mode also evolves from Magnamon X, but it did not warrant a separate page. I think it's simply what Zephagamon looks like during its Divine Tempest move, but there's no way to know for sure, at least for now. It's absolutely possible that this is a new form for Zephagamon, but imo we should wait for confirmation before adding the page. ShikaSS (talk) 19:41, 10 January 2025 (CST)
people keep saying that, but he looked the same when he used divine tempest in an earlier chapter.Muur (talk) 06:40, 11 January 2025 (CST)
I also disagree with the Divine Tempest theory. I think it's more likely to be the appearance Zephagamon takes when channeling atmospheric energy through its Digicore, which is mentioned in its profile. In which case, this form would still be an inherent ability of regular Zephagamon. Either way, the TCG itself treats it as identical to regular Zephagamon in name, Lv., and traits. Unless it gets its own DRB page, I don't see any logic in creating a separate page for it.--YongYoKyo (talk) 12:28, 11 January 2025 (CST)
I thought Divine Tempest and the atmosphere thing were the same. You're both right, yeah. ShikaSS (talk) 17:24, 11 January 2025 (CST)
