Due to it being a smart phone game, I can't check if it's an NPC that appears from the beginning of the game (released in late 2011 I think?) or if it showed up more recently in 2012. TMS might be able to verify it or not since he dug up most of the information.--devkyu 12:59, 17 July 2012 (CDT)
