I'm not so certain we can say the Meicoomon in the quest was the one that turned into Rasielmon. The quest in question has a Meicoomon fight against a Vicious Mode, and then said VM becomes Raguelmon. The Meicoomon then becomes Meicrackmon -> Rasielmon from the support of a Palmon (mimis?), three baby forms, and a Xuanwumon (which is the second time this Xuanwumon has shown up, incidentally) and then Rasielmon defeats Raguelmon.
