Talk:Familiar Bat

Where is this term used?[edit]

I searched for "アルファバット" in combination with either "ヴァンデモン" or "デジモン" via web search, but only got one result. Where is the term "Alpha Bat" used? Or is the kana I searched for incorrect? --Grandy02 03:05, 4 January 2012 (CST)

As far as I'm aware, this term isn't used anywhere at all.--Ainz ( talk | contribs ) 10:05, 4 January 2012 (CST)
If the term really doesn't officially exist, what to do with this article? --Grandy02 10:40, 4 January 2012 (CST)
I forget where we found it, but I think it was in some artbook description of Vamdemon's attacks. It might be the Memorial Chronicle book. Originally we just sort of called them "night raiders" for no better term, but it was pointed out somewhere they were called alpha bats so we moved the page. It might also be from V-Tamer too. I'll have to look through my scans.--devkyu 22:31, 4 January 2012 (CST)
It may be from an artbook, but it's not from V-Tamer, where Vamdemon just refers to them as his servants.--TMS
Hey, looky here, a (non-kosher) copy of the Animation Chronicle Memorial Book. As far as it mentions the bats, it calls them "Night Raid. From A to E." (they have letters on their heads), and "使い魔のコウモリ" (Familiar Bats).
Personally, I think "Alphabat" is a nice pun, considering the letters on their foreheads, but I can't find a source for it in that book.KrytenKoro06 11:20, 1 July 2012 (CDT)
So, should it be moved to "Familiar Bats"? --Grandy02 08:19, 5 July 2012 (CDT)

Lady Devimon[edit]

Are the bats used by Lady Devimon in the attack Darkness Wave Familiar Bats too? Shadow Shinji (talk) 04:32, 18 November 2014 (CST)
