Pharaohmon's spirit appeared before Taiki telling him to release Sand Zone's Code Crown so that he could borrow its power, causing the various pyramids in the area to combine into the enormous pyramid. He mentioned that the structure was said to have healed the Goddess' Warriors when they were injured in battle.
