A Pterosaur Digimon with three enormous blades growing from its body. The ferocious predator Azhdarmon inhabits cold mountainous regions, reigning as the top predator in its habitat. Possessing strong eyesight, it spots prey from extremely high up in the sky without being detected, then performs a nosedive, and skillfully uses the blades on its body to bring down its prey. Since it is a top predator, it is seldom attacked by other Digimon, but there are several occasions where they lose their lives in battle due to territorial disputes between other Azhdarmon over hunting grounds. When hunting, it slaughters its prey in a single blow with its "Tomahawk Strike", which it unleashes by channeling the energy from a nosedive into the blades on its wings. Its "Tri Carve Rain", where it hacks the enemy to pieces with the three blades on its head and wings, and "Trinity Lightning", a high-voltage lightning strike unleashed from its three blades, are rarely used for hunting prey, and are often used in attacks to eliminate opponents that intrude its territory.
