When Kumon absorbed Shiho's Super Saiyan God powers, the Apocalymon shard is being absorbed into Jinungomon's data. He then dark evolve himself into his final monstrous form. Kumon rejoiced himself as a ultimate god. However, Zamasu predicts that Kumon used his own body as a bomb to annihilate every universes and remade it with his own image, causing Boruto and the others shocks in horror. Boruto see Kumon's crazy eyes and realize that he lost his sanity due to absorbing too much life force of the every universes. Shiho tried to transform into Super Saiyan God again and stop Kumon from absorbing the universes' life force, but her effort is futile because of Kumon still absorbing her Super Saiyan God powers. Kolda telepathically blame Samuel Nakaoka for his cruel and gruesome actions and decide to tell BEAST Gods to erase him, but he was stopped by Shiho and berate him about blaming her teacher as he knew that Shiho and others are from the future.
After destroying Apocalymon shard as Shiho and the others are ready to go back to the present, Samuel Nakaoka was stabbed by Kumon Kai who regenerated hs body. However, Zamasu sense that Kumon's ki is entirely different and revealed that Kumon was possessed by Utsuki's lingering malignant spirit and also revealing that he is already dead. Seeing in horror by brutally beating up Samuel Nakaoka for past interventions, an enraged Beerus tries to destroy his corpse by using Rush Destruction, but Utsuki's lingering malignant spirit lives on as she mutates herself by using Kumon's remains and the planet's absorbed energy into a newly reborn Utsuki. | |||
