Proper Noun?

Even though kyūkyoku no gekiryū does have the same meaning as Ultimate Stream, should it be capitalized if the Japanese flavor text wasn't specifically identifying the attack by name?--Yamato-san (talk) 10:46, 25 November 2020 (CST)
