Translation

To describe each turbine, the bio uses

中性子エネルギー

and

原子エネルギー

These literally mean "neutron energy" and "atom energy", but those don't make much sense. I've also seen "nuclear energy" for the neutron energy bit, but that's the same thing.

I can't find a direct supporting source, but I would suggest that these are referring to fission (which is activated by colliding neutrons with an atom) and fusion (which is activated by colliding atoms with an atom).KrytenKoro06 09:14, 21 January 2010 (UTC)

I've figured out the line before it, which was giving me trouble, and I've translated this line, which is still weird.

Its Special Move is taking the fission energy emanating from the blue neutron-control turbine on its right shoulder and the fusion energy emanating from the red atom-control turbine on its left shoulder, combining them at the tip of its hands, and then firing a beam which annihilates the opponent (Atomic Ray).

"Neutron energy" has nothing to do with atomic energy (it's a pseudo-temperature of the neutron), so I'm 90% sure that they're going for fusion here. I would suggest either the format above, or replacing "neutron-control" and "atom-control" with "fission-control" and "fusion-control".
