Talk:Flaremon

From Wikimon

I'm no translator, but Google & Bing are - could someone finesse Flaremon's description from here: (This is the Bing translation, because the Google one was just a mess!) Beast man Digimon with a stately mane and the presence seemingly so scare that confront any hardship for heart strength. Mortal, fist let me focus lion fighting the flame and unleash waves of energy form of lion "Crimson beast King wave (gurenn trough the) ', martial dance played to the enemy in fast succession made his flaming fist and kicking" and Red dance, lion (not me, Leo) '. Also shock forceful purification by the flame burn everything out with a roar from the mouth of the enemies data decomposition to "refreshing Hiroyuki ROAR (fair better this way) '.Endy

This is why we just wait for people fluent in the language to translate the text.KrytenKoro06 (talk) 09:41, 30 April 2015 (CDT)
Okay, but does Sunburst/Moonlight always match the Digimon Reference Book verbatim? Because here's the English profile in Digimon World: Dawn (of which Sunmon/Coronamon/Firamon/Flaremon/Apollomon is the mascot Digimon):

"An Ultimate form of Firamon. It's suited for combat. It can stand with 2 legs. Its fatal attack defeats the enemy with fire." And that "Crimson Beast King Wave" attack up there is translated as "Guren Juuouha" and is described as "Unleash a lion spirited fist of fire at 4 zones".

They almost never match the DRB verbatim. In fact, I can't think of a single one that does.KrytenKoro06 (talk) 08:14, 1 May 2015 (CDT)
Then I'm removing the line on the page that says that it matches, and adding that from Dawn/Dusk. Endy (talk) 11:49, 1 May 2015 (CDT)
No. The one it says matches it the profile from the Sunburst Moonlight website, and the English localization of Flaremon's profile is not an accurate translation of its in-game Japanese profile. Please do not meddle with the profile translations if you are not fluent in Japanese.KrytenKoro06 (talk) 14:48, 1 May 2015 (CDT)
