This card is restricted to 1 copy as of the 2024 August 23 banlist, taking effect on 2024 August 31 (around the tail end of the BT-18 format). The stated reasoning was: This card was intended to be used in a variety of decks alongside [P-130 Ohwada Lui], but because it increases the speed of control decks that don't need level 3s and provides them with a source of memory to make more plays with, the impact of an individual copy of this card is much higher than anticipated. As a result, this creates a difference in power between decks that can use it and decks that can't, with decks that can use it becoming less diverse. For the above reasons, we have decided to restrict this card to 1 copy. References:
