English[edit]
- The dub leaves in the shot of Jou’s two brothers standing together, despite previously claiming that they are the same person.
- Our Digital World is replaced in the dub by generic triumphant music.
- The dub adds yet another line where Daisuke gloats about how handsome he is.
- The epilogue scene has several changes:
- Butter-Fly is removed.
- The dub claims that Yamato and Gabumon landed on Mars, despite the animation clearly showing them on the Moon.
- Takeru’s narration claims in the dub that Jou’s patients keep eating his tongue depressors.
- The Japanese version says that Ken has become a police officer (as a reference to Kamen Rider Kuuga), while the dub says he became a detective.
- The dub does not specify that Daisuke’s ramen cart has become particularly successful in America.
- Takeru’s final words are heavily rewritten in the dub.
