This card is banned as of the 2025 March 17 banlist, taking effect on 2025 March 28 (around the tail end of the BT-20 format). The stated reasoning was: This card has a combo with [BT18-078 Duskmon] and [BT18-079 Velgrmon] necessitating very few cards, enabling repeated reuse of cards in the trash. Since the combos can be performed with just one copy of this card in the hand or trash, we determined it would be difficult to curtail by merely restricting it to one copy. For the above reasons, we have decided to ban this card. References:
