This card is restricted to 1 copy as of the 2025 March 17 banlist, taking effect on 2025 March 28 (around the tail end of the BT-20 format). The stated reasoning was: In [Fenriloogamon: Takemikazuchi] decks, by playing the [Kazuchimon] necessary to jogress into [BT17-101 Fenriloogamon: Takemikazuchi] without paying the cost, this one card's impact has become excessive. As a result, this card increases the deck's OTK performance and causes there to be little reason to run any other offensive deck, and we have determined that this is reducing the diversity of decks in the current environment. For the above reasons, we have decided to restrict this card to 1 copy. References:
