Aramaki Kayono is Udagawa Aoi's classmate and estranged friend. She is a one-time character and antagonist in Episode 30 of Digimon Ghost Game.

Profile

While being manipulated by Ex-Tyranomon and Waru Monzaemon, she wears a black and red gothic lolita dress. She does not wear this outfit while sane.

The events of Episode 30 are mostly depicted in her own point-of-view rather than from any of the main cast.

Kayono refused to go to school after having issues with her second homeroom teacher, something that went on for around a month, until her parents believed that it was a problem. She was seen suffering from a breakdown and tearing her clothes in her bedroom while an Ex-Tyranomon and a Waru Monzaemon broke out from her closet which freaked her out. At the meantime, her parents began knocking at the door of her room, which caused her to become extremely annoyed. Ex-Tyranomon and Waru Monzaemon asked her to let them turn her parents into a doll, which she agreed. Ex-Tyranomon then turned Kayono's father into a doll so he would not annoy his daughter, then the Digimon convinced her that they were her real friends.

The Digimon were playing a dancing game with Kayono and flattering her when her homeroom teacher came to pay a visit to her. Kayono got very annoyed by the man and let Ex-Tyranomon turn him into a doll. They then repeated this on a deliveryman who came in late, a social worker came to pay her a visit, and at least 10 others offscreen before Udagawa Aoi paid her a visit, where two "AI Holograms" sit right next to Kayono and she viewed her as nothing more than an annoyance. She also wears her red and black gothic lolita outfit for most of the episode afterwards. Kayono then asked Ex-Tyranomon to turn Aoi into a doll, which it did.

With all people that she believes are "annoyances" gone, she began enjoying her newfound "powers" against others, and gleefully agreed with the Digimon to go out and wipe the streets of people, asking Ex-Tyranomon to get rid of passerby simply because they went near her and even Higashimitarai Kiyoshiro and Jellymon, who bumped her by the leg while pushing a cart for Jellymon. The three ended up in a park where Kayono had it emptied of people, where she proclaims that there's no need for people anymore. They then sat down and played with the dolls, cutting and breaking them as if they weren't people.

Amanokawa Hiro, Tsukiyono Ruli and their Digimon caught up to her and the Digimon following a Monzaemon that was also looking for them, and Ruli asked her where is Aoi. In response, the three reveals to her that they turned her into a doll because she annoyed Kayono, and laughed when Ruli and Gammamon found that Kyoshiro and Jellymon was amongst the victims. Gammamon attacked Waru Monzaemon and the latter reacted violently, forcing Ruli to create a Digital Field so Kayono won't be harmed by the ensuing fight.

While everyone else was inside the Digital Field, Kayono realized what she has done and she is now alone again and cried when Monzaemon appeared in front of her. Monzaemon used Lovely Attack on her to send her into the Digital Field alongside it, where the two Digimon that accompanied her stopped acting and reveal their true colors, telling Hiro and Ruli that they did not care about her at all and was merely exploiting a vulnerable human to let them unleash mass chaos while Ex-Tyranomon turns Ruli and Angoramon into a doll. Though this act, Monzaemon manages to re-awaken Kayono's conscience and make her re-consider the people who actually cared about her, and leaves her alone to confront the two malicious Digimon.

With Monzaemon's help, Hiro and Gammamon defeat the two malicious Digimon, and Kayono was forced to sew all of the dolls into one piece. After she finished repairing all of the dolls, Ex-Tyranomon uses Pretty Attack to restore all of the victims back to normal. Aoi then visits her again, where she was in her usual outfit and gives her a sincere apology on what she had done prior.
