This card is restricted to 1 copy as of the 2024 August 23 banlist, taking effect on 2024 August 31 (around the tail end of the BT-18 format). The stated reasoning was: In [Numemon] decks, this card can efficiently maintain the boardstate from the earlygame, and its inherited effect can be reused in combination with other cards, so this single card has a massive impact on the entire deck's control power. In addition, its effect can also play level 6s, and by evolving them into expensive level 7s, it becomes easy to obtain one-sided dominance of the boardstate at a rapid pace. This card's role in the deck is extremely large, and the diversity in decks using this card is much lower than expected. For the above reasons, we have decided to restrict this card to 1 copy.
