Native Forest (迷わずの森 Mayowazu no Mori) is the forest on the southern portion of File Island.

Description
The Native Forest is a large forest that leads to File City towards the north, Tropical Jungle towards the east by crossing the Digital Bridge, and Gear Savannah towards the west. There is a lake rumored to be the habitat of a Seadramon, and across the lake is a land where insect Digimons roam. There is also a path that leads to Mount Panorama, but is blocked by a rock slide. There is also a tunnel consisting of an underground lake, and is rumored to have a great treasure deep within it.

The Native Forest will be the first area that Hiro explores, where an Agumon is itching to battle the first traveler it sees. There is also a tree where a hungry Kunemon resides, and will be grateful to be given food. A certain Digimon which resembles a flower lives among the southernmost parts of Native Forest, and do not wish to be disturbed. There have also been sightings of a Digimon resembling a ninja, last reported being seen near the Digital Bridge. Finally, there is also a rumor that an Etemon lives among the forest, watching, waiting...
