Digimon Adventure

Etemon was the first enemy that Chosen Children faced after getting to the Server Continent. Etemon controlled the Dark Network, a mass of cables that ran under his territory which used dark energy and could be used as a way to monitor everything in the area. His main base of operations was an upside-down pyramid. The Dark Network was controlled by Nanomon, a machine type Digimon that Etemon had captured. When the Chosen Children freed Nanomon he sought to get his revenge on Etemon. When Etemon found Nanomon's lair underneath his own pyramid he attacked Nanomon but was dragged by Nanomon into the core of the Dark Network that Nanomon had infected with a virus. Nanomon was destroyed but Etemon fused with the network becoming even stronger. He then went after the Chosen Children but Taichi succeeded in activating the Crest of Courage to super evolve his partner into Metal Greymon who destroyed the core of the Dark Network sending Etemon into a vortex. Etemon would later evolve into Metal Etemon and escape.

Digimon Adventure V-Tamer 01

An Etemon named Etemonkey was a minion of Demon who was in charge of messing up Taichi and Zeromaru's attempts to find the V-Tamer Tags. He betrays Demon and tells Saiba Neo that Demon planned to take over the Human World, but Neo didn't care. Etemonkey reveals that he wanted to go to the human world to play with children. He is destroyed by Neo.

Etemon is the Perfect form of Scumon. Eventually Etemon will attack you from his tree house and once defeated will join the city (Only to be kicked out) and sell you Golden Bananas.

Etemon is an obtainable Digimon.

Digimon Story

Can be evolved from Orgemon if above level 33 and Beast EXP above 3500, or can be found at Tropica Islands. He can evolve to Metal Etemon if above 54 and Defense above 250, or Piemon if above level 45 and Spirit above 190. He also appears from Betamon's request mission, just to listen to his awful song. He also gives you a request mission to look for his Microphone at the Sewage Tunnel, unless you play the game for more than 10 hours.

Digimon Story: Sunburst & Moonlight

Can be evolved from Minotaurmon if above level 34, spirit 135, and Beast EXP 3800, or can be found at Proxy Island. Can evolve to Metal Etemon if above level 46, defense 200, and Beast EXP 10000.
