Digimon Pendulum 3 Nightmare Soldiers (V-Jump Books Digital Series)[edit]

The Nightmare Family guides the reader through information concerning the Digimon Pendulum 3.0 and the Nightmare Soldiers Digimon available in it. The book is structured as a tour through Nightmare Mansion: its principal sections are called "chambers", while supplementary Digimon information is placed in the mansion's "innermost small room".[1]

Through this framing device, the family explains the Digital World, Pendulum Actions, the Nightmare Soldiers roster, Digimon care and evolution, and Digimon battles. The characters are depicted in full-color illustrations accompanied by text rather than in a conventional manga. The character illustrations were drawn by Hajime Yoshida.

Trivia[edit]

  • The members' names are plays on the three primary Digimon Attributes: "Waku" is derived from "Vaccine", "Deta" from "Data", and "Will" from "Virus".
