Weatherdramon is one of the Seven Code Appmon (Code 7).
Weatherdramon is called upon by Coachmon to alter the weather in the AR-Field and make Karan Eri's training even more difficult. Mienumon uses Virusmon to infect Weatherdramon. Oujamon eventually defeats and purifies him. After fulfilling their role, Weatherdramon and the other Seven Code Appmon return to their normal forms.

The Weatherdra Cup is a tournament in the Cyber Arena that gives Kazuki/Itsuki 100 Weatherdramon Fragments as a reward. The last round of the tournament is against a boy whose Buddy Appmon is Weatherdramon. During their fight, the boy first Appliarises Weatherdramon Applinked with Weathermon.
