Administrators, also referred to as admins or sysops, are users who have been entrusted with access to restricted technical features which help with maintenance as well as to facilitate enforcing the rules. They are in no way superior to other users, and still retain the same responsibilities as any other regular user.

Administrator privileges and responsibilities[edit]
Besides normal user privileges such as editing and creating pages, Administrators also have these privileges:
- Block other users from editing
- Change protection levels and edit protected pages: Admins can protect pages from further changes especially in cases of vandalism.
- Delete/Undelete pages:
- Modify MediaWiki namespace: Admins are also able to edit these pages that are used to define the user interface i.e skins, incorporating extensions.
- Quickly rollback the edits of the last user who edited a particular page
- Upload a file from a URL address
- View deleted history entries, without their associated text

Becoming an Administrator[edit]
Administrators are specially handpicked due to their contributions, and on what they have and have already offered to Wikimon. The only way currently is to be nominated by another administrator and then there must be an agreement between the other administrators.
